verbal requirement for 5 days pending the arrival of the deposit of £100. We regret that this is non refundable in the event of cancellation (unless we get another booking for the week cancelled).
These rates include
electricity, heating, (excluding Winter months) linen, cleaning and maintenance
charges.
Once your deposit
has been received, a receipt will be sent together with the due date for
your final balance, which is four weeks prior to your departure. No reminders will be sent. When the balance has been
received, your final documentation will be forwarded to you.
