Please email or telephone to check availability. We will hold your verbal requirement for 7 days pending the arrival of the deposit. (Minimum deposit of 25%). Rates include electricity, heating (excluding winter months) and linen. Once your deposit has been received, a receipt will be sent, by email, together with the due date for your final balance, which is six weeks prior to your departure. When the balance has been received, your final documentation will be forwarded to you.
