Time of Arrival

Please do not arrive any sooner that 3pm hours as the cleaner needs to prepare the house after each stay.

Vacating the House

On the day of your departure, it is important that you leave before 11 am to allow the cleaner to clean the house for the next occupants.

Whats included in your booking.

The house is fully furnished to include dishwaser, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, iron, ironing board, radio/cd player, T.V. and Video. All bed linen,kitchen towels, soaps and laundry detergent, central heating and electricity.

Damage deposit

It is necessary for us to ask for a refundable damage deposit of £200. This damage deposit will be fully refunded to you within 7 days after your departure. Any damage to the property or its contents (apart from wear and tear) will be paid for out of the refundable deposit.

Sleeping arrangements

The house contains three bedrooms sleeping six people very comfortably, consisting of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There are two additional pull out beds sleeping an extra two people. Eight is the maximum amount of people permitted to stay in the house. You are required to state how many people will be staying.

Guest Responsiblity

It is the guests responsibility to take care of the property during their stay so that other guests can also enjoy this beautiful house. Guests are required to leave the house in the same condition as when they found it. If the house is not left in the same condition, the cost of putting it right will be deducted from your damage deposit.

How do I pay?

When we receive your booking either by telephone or internet, we will hold this for 7 days upon arrival of your deposit. 25% deposit is required in order to hold your booking. Full payment of the holiday must be made six weeks prior to your arrival.

Important

It is an express condition of this booking that the management is relieved of liability for any accident, loss or damage which may be sustained by the patrons or their property.

Visits by the Owner

The owner of the property has the right to access property at any time to ensure Terms and Conditions are being met.
